Application Forms

Application for stand space must be made on the following forms. Please download the forms and either email completed applications to trisworrall@rabdf.co.uk or post to The Event Office, RABDF, Unit 31 Abbey Park, Stareton, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LY.

Early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment. Applications received by Wednesday 29th February 2012 will be included in the first allocation of stands. All applications received after this date will be allocated space strictly on remaining availability. Please respect the appropriate return by dates on all forms.

We also recommend that you book your electricity, order your catering and any other required services by the appropriate closing dates. These additional forms can be found by clicking on the 'Additional Forms' tab at the top of the page.
