Dairy Event and Livestock Show launches overseas visitor campaign
3 June 2009
The Dairy Event and Livestock Show will be providing new export opportunities for exhibitors following the launch of a promotional campaign by its organizers, the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers. Commercial attachés in British Embassies representing key livestock producing countries have been briefed on the event, to be staged at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry on 16 and 17 September, and so far delegations from as far a field as Bulgaria, China, Egypt, Ecuador, India and New Zealand have expressed interest in attending.
“The Dairy Event and Livestock Show, the sector’s premier event, provides a superb opportunity for the British livestock industry and overseas prospects to do business. Visitors will have the unique opportunity of meeting senior managers from more than 450 companies from across the supply sector as well as finding out more about Britain’s unique livestock genetics,” comments RABDF chief executive, Nick Everington. “In addition, on the eve of the event, visitors will be able to attend either Dairy UK’s conference featuring global industry issues, or the new Genesis Faraday conference designed to bring delegates up to speed with the livestock sector’s latest R&D findings.”
Exhibitors can access additional event promotional material for overseas visitors, together with details of special ticket offers from RABDF’s Laura Dickinson on 0845 4582711 or lauradickinson@rabdf.co.uk
