Events and Livestock Co-ordinator Vacancy

 The Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers, organiser of the annual Dairy Event and Livestock Show is looking to recruit an Events and Livestock Co-ordinator to help organise the livestock section of the Event at its new venue at the NEC in 2010, as well as run the Association’s annual series of popular Farm Walks and Open Days.

Based at their offices near Kenilworth and reporting to the Chief Executive, the Events and Livestock Coordinator will be expected to manage the on farm events and working closely with the Event Manager and Assistant Event Manager, organise the livestock section of the Event. You will be part of a small dedicated team focused on developing the Event and increasing membership, as well as organising conferences, training, farm walks and open days.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, have experience of managing or showing livestock at agricultural events and be highly organised with a positive and practical approach to problem solving.
