CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS

To order Tickets you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the Website http://www.livestockevent.co.uk/book-tickets. Prices of the Tickets are also displayed on the Website. Tickets are subject to availability. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you without stating any grounds for such refusal.

On receiving your order, we shall confirm acknowledgement of your order to you (quoting a booking reference number) by return email to the email address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date (if any) set out in the order confirmation and in any event at least a week before the Event to which the Tickets relate.

You must pay the Ticket price (multiplied by the quantities of Tickets you order) together with any applicable taxes (together, the “Price”) by means of credit or debit card at the time of placing your order. We reserve the right to charge you a transaction fee for processing the order (“Transaction Fee”) which shall, if charged, be added to the Price. The Price is determined by reference to the prices, Transaction Fee (if applicable) and taxes in force at the date of your order. The Price is displayed on the Website and we may change the Price at any time before you place your order. We make every effort to ensure that the Price shown on the Website is accurate but the Price on your order will need to be validated by us if we accept your order. We shall inform you if a Ticket’s correct Price is higher than that stated on your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Ticket at the correct Price.

You acknowledge that the Events described on the Website for which you may order Tickets shall be deemed in law to constitute an invitation to treat. Your order amounts to an offer to purchase the Tickets at the Prices shown in the Website. Any acknowledgement of the order is not deemed an acceptance of a contract between us and you but merely an acknowledgement of receipt of the order. We will send formal confirmation of the order (by email) which will specifically state that we have accepted your offer and which will form the basis of a contract between you and us.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Tickets will be correct and that in particular the credit, or debit, card you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any Tickets ordered. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit, or debit, card payment before handing over any Tickets to you. No credit terms are available to any of our customers.

Risk and Title:
The Tickets will be at your risk from the time of receipt by you (which shall be deemed to be two days from posting). Ownership of the Tickets will only pass to you when we receive full payment in cleared funds of all sums due in respect of the Tickets.

Cancellation by You:
To cancel your contract with us at any time, you must notify us in writing by quoting the booking reference.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer, orders cancelled before the first day of the Event will be refunded less the ‘Cancelation Fee’ of £3.90. Cancellations by you received on or after the first day of the Event will not be honoured and no refunds shall be given.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit, or debit, card will be re-credited to your account less the Cancelation Fee as soon as possible and in any event within 28 days of the date of your order.

Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel our contract with you in the event that Tickets for the Event ordered have sold out, if we do not receive the Tickets from our supplier, or if there is any other circumstance where we have acted with negligence or where we might be in breach of contract. In the event that we do cancel the contract for any such reason, we will notify you as appropriate and re-credit to you a full refund, as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment or other loss suffered by you.

In the event of a cancellation due to any reason beyond our reasonable control, including a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you by email or telephone as appropriate as soon as reasonably practicable. We will, at our sole discretion, elect to offer to you a refund (less the Transaction Fee) in the event of such cancellation. Applications for refunds should be made within three months of cancellation by us. Applications for refunds made after this time will not be honoured and no refunds shall be given.

Any changes to an Event date, time or venue shall be notified on our Website. However it remains your responsibility to check that an Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and we cannot guarantee that we will be successful in informing you of any changes to the Event date, time or venue.

No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen Tickets.

You are advised to check the detail of all Tickets purchased by you upon receipt.

Liability and Disclaimer: Tickets:
We warrant that the Tickets you purchase will materially correspond to the description on the Website and that the Tickets will be fit for their reasonable purpose which is to admit you (and if applicable, your party) to the Event shown on the Ticket (subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions). We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations and endorsements whatsoever with regard to the Tickets to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right at any time to make any alterations to the Events as necessary. Your rights to cancel set out above are not affected by this provision.

If the Tickets we provide to you are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us with immediate effect upon receipt.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase Tickets from our Website.

Upon receipt of your Tickets, you must verify that the Tickets correspond with your order and inform us immediately in the event of any error upon which we will issue replacement tickets or a refund, as appropriate. If you do not inform us immediately upon receipt, we accept no liability for providing you with a refund or alternative tickets.

If we fail to comply with these Conditions for Purchase of Tickets, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Conditions for Purchase of Tickets or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.

We only supply the Tickets for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Tickets for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Resale & use of Tickets:
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be re-sold. Tickets are only for your personal use or that of your party. We reserve the right to cancel any Tickets if you resell or attempt to resell such Tickets in breach of this section (including any resale or attempted resale of Tickets at a higher price than the purchase price, for example tickets being resold at a higher price via any internet auction site). The holder of a resold Ticket may be refused entry or ejected from the Venue.
You may not, without the prior consent of the RABDF Events Ltd use any Ticket in advertising, promotions, competitions, free draws etc.

Void Tickets:
Any Ticket obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Ticket shall be void. Any person seeking to use such a void Ticket in order to gain or provide entry may be considered to be a trespasser and may be liable to be ejected and subject to legal action. Void Tickets are non-refundable. Duplicated tickets will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION TO EVENTS

You must comply with the instructions and directions given by RABDF Events Ltd and Event staff and stewards and with all relevant laws, safety announcements and Event and/or Venue rules and regulations whilst attending the Event.

RABDF Events Ltd reserves the right to refuse Ticket holders admission to the Event in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.

RABDF Events Ltd also reserves the right to request that Ticket holders leave the Event at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, RABDF Events Ltd may remove a Ticket holder who:

- has behaved in the Event in a matter which, in the reasonable opinion of the Venue has, or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; or
- uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a disturbance; or
- in the reasonable opinion of RABDF Events Ltd is acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or fails, when required, to produce proof of identity or age.

No refunds will be given to Ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour.
The use of equipment for recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside the Event is strictly forbidden.

Unauthorised recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed. RABDF Events Ltd will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.

Ticket holders entering the Event may be filmed, photographed and/or recorded for broadcast, event promotion or security purposes. RABDF Events Ltd may use such films and recordings without payment and without further notice.
Ticket holders shall not bring into the Venue or display or distribute at the Event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.

RABDF Events Ltd reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of RABDF Events Ltd, may cause danger or disruption to other visitors to the Event.

CONDITIONS FOR FREE COACH TRAVEL TO EVENTS

RABDF Events Ltd (through our relevant coach operator) may provide a driver or drivers and a coach to transport you free of charge to and from selected Events. This offer is only available in conjunction with selected Events where specified on the booking page.

Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking. RABDF Events Ltd has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on our Websites as at the time of compilation; however, as this information is supplied by the relevant third party coach operator, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy or errors regarding coach travel contained on this Website.

RABDF Events Ltd does not accept responsibility for any change in or variation of services as shown, and all services are subject to change without notice. It is essential that you check with us, or the relevant auction mart, for any changes or variations to the information shown on our Website. This will allow us to advise you of any such changes that we are aware of either before you book your Ticket or prior to your departure.

You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the coach departure time. Coaches will leave on time.

The route travelled shall be at the sole discretion of the Driver according to road, traffic and weather conditions at the time. Stops can be made at suitable points to serve the comfort of the passengers and to satisfy legal requirements regarding breaks and rest for drivers. Between outward and return journeys the coach may not remain at any destination or be accessible to passengers unless specific arrangements for this have been agreed in advance.

Although we will endeavour to procure that the coach operators complete journeys in the times required, and we will give our best advice at the time of booking if asked to do so on probable journey times (typically relying on Auto route timings + a 15% buffer), we cannot accept responsibility for the consequences of delays caused by circumstances or events which are beyond our control. It is strongly recommended that you should consider insuring against this risk if journey times are particularly crucial.

No responsibility or liability whatsoever can be accepted by RABDF Event Ltd for traffic congestion, road accidents, adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown or other matters outside its reasonable control which may cause delay or cost to the traveler.

Passengers travel on the coach entirely at their own risk. RABDF Events Ltd does not accept any liability for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of the coach operator. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Force Majeure Event (as defined below). Luggage and Personal effects are brought onto coaches at the owners risk and RABDF Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any passenger’s personal luggage or effects. Nothing in these Conditions for Free Coach Travel Events shall, however, exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your coach journey.

Passengers with disabilities are welcome providing a paying companion capable of providing all assistance accompanies them.

No traveller will be permitted on to the coach if their physical, mental state or behaviour, in the opinion of the coach driver and any staff member makes them objectionable to the coach as a whole. All travellers must behave in a socially acceptable and legal manner.
